Thamil Vamathevan

DR. THAMIL V | DIRECTOR

Dr. Thamil Vamathevan is an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with extensive experience in project leadership, software architecture and design, software development, team management, customer support, and mathematical modeling. She combines technical expertise with a practical, results-focused approach. 

Areas of expertise include

  • Artificial intelligence research and development, specialising in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and the mathematical foundations of AI 
  • Customer support management: analysing root causes, providing insights, and educating teams to reduce recurring issues 
  • CRM consulting: SalesLogix, Salesforce, StayinFront CRM, and Zoho CRM 


Education

  • Ph.D. in Natural Language Processing (AI), AUT, Auckland, New Zealand.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Information Science (Information Systems), Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand.

Geoff Beals

GEOFF BEALS | CONSULTANT

Geoff Beals holds a BCom and a Diploma of Corporate Management from Auckland University. He is an associate member of both the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Secretaries New Zealand. 

Geoff has a strong background in business analysis and software development, with proven ability to translate business requirements into practical software solutions. 


Over the past five years, he has worked with a capital asset management consultancy, primarily contracting to local and central government organisations. As an independent consultant specialising in advanced Excel consulting and programming, Geoff has delivered projects for: 


  • South Canterbury District Health Board 
  • Wanganui District Health Board 
  • Tertiary Education Commission 
  • Spotless (NZ) Ltd
